What will you do at Fynd?
- Create, schedule, and publish content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the design, product, and tech teams to promote product launches and updates.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and best practices to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Respond to comments and DMs; build and nurture an active online community.
- Track KPIs and generate monthly performance reports.
- Support influencer partnerships and paid media campaigns.
Some Specific Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Should have experience of saas product
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite), and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma is a plus or automation tools like Zapier
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
- Understanding how to use APIs
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic data handling
- Awareness of AI tools and writing clear prompts
