Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing SaaS team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing relationships with prospective clients, and selling our SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of businesses across various industries. You will engage in a consultative sales approach to uncover customer pain points and deliver tailored SaaS solutions that drive value and growth for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
Consultative Selling:
○ Use consultative sales techniques to understand client challenges and provide customised SaaS solutions.
○ Articulate the business value of our platform, focusing on ROI and scalability for customers.
○ Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team.
Client Relationship Management:
Product Knowledge & Training:
○ Stay up to date on product features, updates, and industry trends to effectively demonstrate the product’s capabilities to prospects.
○ Provide clients with relevant use cases and case studies to illustrate the SaaS platform’s impact in their industry.
Collaboration:
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
○ Update CRM and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and client communications.
○ Regularly report on sales performance, provide pipeline updates, and discuss progress toward targets.
