As a Product Manager you will be acting as a bridge between the business, design and the engineering team. You will working on complex business constraints that translate into product requirements and features. You love building polished products, taking from prototype to launch in tight timelines. A people’s person who can provide strong leadership and inspire teams to build world-class products.


What will you do at Fynd ?

  • Gather requirements from diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Track product development and develop product launch plans
  • Analyze data from different sources, key industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to deliver high quality and actionable business insights and translate those into product and user experiences
  • Develop detailed product requirements documents and communicate to business, design, and development teams, including those of third party vendors and business partners
  • Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules
  • Coordinate cross-team efforts spanning engineering, sales, testing, creative solutions, analytics etc.



Some specific requirement

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as Associate Product Manager or Product Manager
  • Data skills including the following
  • SQL
  • NoSql
  • Excel
  • Etc
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Internet products and technologies
  • Demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch
  • Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements across diverse functional areas and convert them into a compelling product vision
  • Demonstrated ability working with technical teams to produce prototypes and iterations
  • Distinctive problem solving, organisational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
