About Granary
Granary is the technology and operational backbone powering Reliance Retail’s grocery ecosystem. It supports inventory management, replenishment, fulfillment, supply chain operations, merchandising, pricing, store operations, customer experience, and omnichannel commerce across JioMart and grocery retail channels.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Granary Adoption Generalist to drive adoption, rollout, and effective usage of Granary capabilities across business and operations teams.
This role will work closely with business users, operations teams, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure new platform capabilities are understood, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day ways of working. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, structured, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to support training, rollout, issue triage, feedback collection, and operational improvement.
What will you do at Fynd?
- Drive adoption of Granary capabilities across grocery retail, supply chain, fulfillment, merchandising, store operations, and commerce teams.
- Translate business objectives into executable platform roadmaps in partnership with Product and business teams.
- Collaborate with Product leadership to shape platform capabilities based on user needs, operational realities, and adoption feedback.
- Drive alignment between business priorities and platform investments by capturing requirements, impact, dependencies, and adoption readiness.
- Support rollout planning, user communication, training, SOP creation, and adoption readiness.
- Work with business users to understand operational challenges, usage gaps, and adoption blockers.
- Coordinate UAT, release readiness, hypercare, and post-launch support for new features and workflows.
- Track adoption metrics, user feedback, issues, and operational impact.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate user feedback into actionable improvements.
- Support issue triage by coordinating between business, operations, support, and technology teams.
- Prepare adoption dashboards, status updates, process notes, and stakeholder communication.
- Help standardize ways of working so platform capabilities are used consistently across teams and locations.
Some Specific Requirements
Required
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, platform adoption, program coordination, business analysis, or implementation support.
- Understanding of retail, grocery, supply chain, fulfillment, commerce, store operations, or omnichannel workflows.
- Experience working with business users and technology/product teams.
- Strong coordination, documentation, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand operational problems and translate them into clear requirements or action items.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week, with 3 days at RCP and 2 days at the Andheri office.
Preferred
- Grocery retail or omnichannel commerce experience.
- Exposure to inventory, replenishment, fulfillment, merchandising, pricing, or store operations platforms.
- Experience with UAT, rollout, hypercare, release support, or production issue tracking.
- Familiarity with SOPs, training material, dashboards, and adoption reporting.
- Exposure to Agile ways of working or enterprise technology programs.
